Job Description

Provides professional and appropriate physical therapy services to assist patients of all age groups in regaining or retaining their highest functional level considering their physical abilities; responsible for maintaining quality standards of patient care by directing and supervising ancillary P.T. staff; compiles with NYS Department of Education and NYS Health Department requirements by maintaining licensure and standards of practice.

Education And Credentials

Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA approved program.** **Current and valid New York State Physical Therapist license. Early Intervention providers only require Staff Exclusion List (SEL) check and State Central Registry (SCR) check.

Experience

Prior experience preferred.** **Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
