    Your role and responsibilities

    HashiCorp, an IBM Company, is seeking a Digital Field and Partner Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and measure high-impact digital campaigns and programs. This is a highly cross-functional role at the center of our Revenue Marketing team, reporting directly to the Team Manager and working closely with Partner Marketing, Field Marketing and Growth Marketing.

     

    You will be the primary driver of digital pipeline generation for the region. You will own campaign execution—from speaker and partner coordination, audience segmentation, promotion, and performance measurement. Your work will directly amplify our brand, increase regional demand, and drive measurable business impact through digital programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Digital Campaign Planning & Execution

    * Plan, and execute a high volume of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., webinars, virtual workshops, digital series) to drive regional lead generation and pipeline contribution across AMER.

    * Align closely with the Partner Marketing and Field Marketing teams on pipeline goals and regional sales priorities, focusing on creating new active sales opportunities, accelerating deal progression, and improving conversion rates through digital programs.

    * Manage the end-to-end execution of virtual events and digital programs, including landing page creation, email communication flows, social promotion coordination, content upload, and follow-up strategy.

    * Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Field Marketing to ensure digital assets and messaging are compelling, technically accurate, and aligned with HashiCorp's broader business goals and core messaging.

    Digital Operations & Measurement

    * Own the technical setup and execution of digital campaigns, utilizing marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) to ensure proper lead routing, tracking, and segmentation.

    * Design and build registration pages, email communications, and coordinate targeted social promotion campaigns to maximize digital program attendance and engagement.

    * Track, analyze, and report on key digital metrics including campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI, providing clear insights and recommendations for optimization.

    Stakeholder Collaboration & Field Enablement

    * Coordinate directly with regional Sales and Field Marketing teams to ensure they are fully enabled on upcoming digital programs, providing them with necessary assets for outreach and follow-up.

    * Maintain a pulse on regional market needs and performance, proactively recommending new digital strategies or campaign adjustments to meet changing demands.

    Required technical and professional expertise

    * 2-3 years of experience in Field Marketing or Demand Generation, ideally in B2B software or technology with a proven focus on digital channel execution.

    * Demonstrated experience owning the execution of digital programs.

    * Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with key marketing technologies such as Salesforce (or similar CRM), Marketo (or similar marketing automation), SplashThat (or similar event management), and G-Suite.

    * Familiarity with HashiCorp tools or other open-source developer/cloud infrastructure tools is a plus.

    * Demonstrated ability to take ownership, manage complex projects, and follow through on all program deliverables independently.
