    The Business Process Analyst II - CXC position is responsible for evaluating the department’s business strategy, operations, and current technology architecture in order to identify areas for improving service delivery and overall department performance. Reviews available business performance data, identifies trends and areas for improvement, develops and executes project management plans, designs effective communications plans, handles the change management process, and collaborates professionally with various business and technology partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leads process improvement efforts by documenting current processes and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and processes.

    • Collaborates with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, operations and system goals and requirements.

    • Gathers and analyzes data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements; develops solutions strategies and prepares reports of findings and recommended actions.

    • Provide change management oversight to ‘BPO’ partner.

    • Provide change management execution for The Woodlands operations.

    Competencies Required:

    • Strong technical skills with Microsoft network and PC operating systems, including Microsoft tools (MS-Project, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Word).

    • Working practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.

    • Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload in a high-pressure environment and to instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.

    • Exceptional verbal communication and technical writing skills with an ability to effectively interact with and convey information to people who possess varying levels of understanding on applicable topics.

    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively identify and develop solutions for business needs.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.

    • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

    • Excellent process and project management skills, as well as time management skills.

    • Strategic and problem-solving mindset with developed analytical abilities and organizational skills.

    Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

    • 15 years’ experience in contact center, retail banking or similar operations environment required.

    • 5 years’ experience either direct leadership or indirect cross functional/department leadership capacity required.

    • 5 years’ experience driving change management or implementations preferred.

    Formal Education & Certification:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    Work Status:

    • Full-Time.

    Supervisory Responsibility:

    • None.

    Travel:

    • Up to 10% travel expected.

    Working Conditions:

    • Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, ledgers, folders, etc.
