    The Undergraduate Student Outcomes Data Analyst supports JSOM’s institutional goal to enhance undergraduate student success through the strategic use of data. This position plays a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insight by building automated data pipelines, integrating multiple campus systems, and developing interactive dashboards that support real-time decision-making.

     

    The ideal candidate is a technically skilled problem-solver with strong analytical and communication abilities, capable of bridging data engineering and institutional strategy to improve retention and graduation outcomes.
