Why you'll love this job
+ You’ll ensure the quality of enhancements and system upgrades to various American Airlines travel rewards platforms—including Ventana, AA Vacations, AAdvantage Cars, AAdvantage Hotels, Allianz Travel Insurance, and other Loyalty platforms in development.
+ You’ll collaborate with product owners to test systems in stage and production environments, identify defects, report errors to internal stakeholders, and provide sign-off for implementations. As a liaison between the Travel Rewards department and internal teams in AAdvantage, CX Digital, IT, and ACS, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality products.
What you'll do
+ Develop and execute test plans, analyze results, and report findings to product owners, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability for Travel Rewards products.
+ Create and maintain documentation and tutorials, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve testing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Auditing and managing relationships with vendors with focus on speed to market and accuracy
+ Assists in implementation and management of strategic partnerships
+ Supports AA Vacations Sales promotions
+ Assist in Fraud prevention and engages in reactive measures
+ Communicates with both internal and external stakeholders
+ Offers basic reporting and analysis of program performance as needed, maintains reports
+ Performs vendor mapping activities
+ Makes recommendations for process improvements and efficiency, works with key stakeholders on resolution
+ Conducts training and documentation of processes

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Airline/travel agency experience, knowledge of airline ticketing policies/procedures
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Ability to be flexible in rapidly changing conditions and priorities
+ Initiative, collaboration and creative problem solving
+ Knowledge of general accounting principles/procedures
+ Knowledge of auditing procedures
+ Ability to analyze and interpret data
+ Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and professionally represent the team
+ Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
+ Ability to effectively handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
