    Part Time School Bus Dispatcher (Special Needs Transportation)

     

    We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven School Bus Dispatcher to join our expanding special-needs transportation team. This role is central to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service for the students and families we support.     Responsibilities: • Dispatch drivers for home to school, career and tech shuttles and charter work• Communicate with drivers and bus monitors via two way radio• Support management in preparing and maintaining daily schedules, accurate billing and operational data• Assist supervisors, families, districts and staff with timely information and issue resolution• Perform additional duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications: • High school diploma• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure• preferred transportation or dispatch experience

     

    Additional Requirements: • Must become a Certified Bus Monitor within 30 days• Must obtain a CDL within the first year

     

    Part time (25-30 hours a week), morning position

     

    Hourly rate: $18.00–$22.00
