As a **Security Officer - Access Control Logistics Driver** in **Stockton, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure atmosphere. Your presence plays a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and managing entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and escalating as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities.

+ Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, incidents, and access control measures as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information as needed in a logistics and distribution environment.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site leadership to address security-related concerns and support ongoing improvements to access control procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
