As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in an aero and defense environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering excellent customer service and communication. This is an armed, driving post where you will play a key role in maintaining a secure atmosphere, responding to incidents, and supporting a collaborative team that values integrity, reliability, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and manage access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the location.

+ Coordinate and dispatch security-related personnel and resources in response to incidents and emergencies according to site-specific procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications as required by site policies.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with on-site staff, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to provide customer service and support.

+ Assist with implementing location-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations and emergency response.

+ Utilize communication equipment and technology to relay information accurately and promptly during routine and emergency situations.

+ Assist with regular reviews of security-related systems and protocols to help to deter potential risks and vulnerabilities at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

+ Possess an armed guard card or license as required.

+ Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
