As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities within a commercial real estate location. What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and operate communication systems to coordinate security-related activities within the commercial real estate location.

+ Dispatch security personnel to incidents and/or requests for assistance as needed, maintaining clear and accurate communication at all times.

+ Maintain detailed logs and records of calls, incidents, and dispatch activities in accordance with site-specific policies.

+ Provide customer service by assisting tenants, visitors, and staff with security-related concerns and information requests.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.

+ Support emergency response activities by relaying information and coordinating with on-site personnel and emergency responders.

+ Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points through surveillance systems and/or communication channels.

+ Communicate important information and updates to security staff and management as necessary, helping to maintain awareness of ongoing activities and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
