As a **Security Officer - Residential Screener Driver** in **Diamond Bar, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Screener at a residential location, you will monitor entrances and interact with residents and visitors to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Screen individuals entering the residential community, verifying authorization and/or identification as required.

+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site protocols.

+ Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and Allied Universal management as needed.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
