Description
The Amazon MGM Studios post team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Our mission is to build earth’s most customer centric ad supported premium free video service and make it trivially easy for hundreds of millions of customers to enjoy.
As a Post Production Coordinator for the US Unscripted, this individual will be responsible for tracking and facilitating the end-to-end workflows for the Post Production Management team across all genres of content. This will include attention to cost, quality, and time management on all series titles. The position will be responsible for working across multiple titles, and a high level of organizational and innovative thinking is required. The position will require working on multiple large-scale projects at a time and will involve working daily with internal and external partners. We are a quickly growing team with a large slate and seek candidates who are ready to jump in and learn by doing. The ideal candidate will be interested in growing beyond the role through mentorship and training.
Key job responsibilities
• Support Post Executives in compiling, distributing, and collecting post production documents across multiple genres of content
• Facilitate communication and set team meetings
• Support Post Executives in managing cuts distribution lists
• Compare bids across shows and update post budget templates
• Support Post Executives in organizing assets within the Post Asset Tracker and Airtable
• Assist with Post Team training and workshops
• Work closely with other Post Coordinators to develop best practices for Post Management Team
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience
- 3+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- 3+ years of experience in physical production and post production
- Organized and with great attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leveraging and improving internal tools
- Experience with Airtable
- Experience with Content Sharing Platforms (Flow Capture, Pix, Media Silo)
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
- Interested in growing beyond the role
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Even-tempered, Collaborative
- Willingness to travel as needed for show and team support

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
