    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in car parts, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator

    **Location:** Pottstown, PA

    Pay Range: $20/hr

    **Shift:** 2nd and 3rd shift with training of 1st shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Follow all safety guidelines and promote safety practices among team members

    + Report machine, equipment, or safety malfunctions promptly to supervisors

    + Maintain high-quality standards for products to ensure customer satisfaction

    + Inspect finished products for issues and isolate damaged or faulty items

    + Support production by fulfilling customer orders and performing repetitive machining operations

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Prefer candidates with CNC operator experience, machining background, or mechanical skills

    + Experience with grinding or press stamping (cup forming) is a plus

    + Ability to read blueprints, ream, deburr, and use gauges effectively

    + Willingness to train and operate all machines in the department

    + Strong housekeeping skills and ability to maintain machine support equipment
