    Our client, an innovative leader in clean energy technology, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team in CT. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting the Fuel Cell Systems team.

     

    **Job Title:** Field Service Technician CT | 2nd Shift

    **Location:** Remote (Required to travel within 1 hour radius of New Haven, CT)

    **Pay Range:** $35-$36/HR + 10% shift differential

    **Work Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide on-site support, service, and maintenance for fuel cell systems during field visits

    + Operate service vehicles safely and efficiently

    + Create daily workflows based on scheduled tasks and work autonomously

    + Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, testing, and diagnostics on equipment

    + Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while producing detailed service reports

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma with 6 years of experience in electrical, process controls, or electro-mechanical fields, or technical diploma with relevant industry experience

    + Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

    + Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work (OSHA, NFPA 70E)

    + Experience working with three-phase systems, UPS, electrical generation, and distribution systems

    + Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints, and perform equipment maintenance according to industry standards
