Basic Job Functions:

+ Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.

+ Physically handling and removing material from the tubing machine and stacking it.

+ Cleaning and scraping metal preparatory to punch tubing machine.

+ General labor duties that may include but are not limited to sweeping, shoveling, and general clean-up of any area and/or equipment.

+ Keep grounds clear of debris while maintaining safety standards.

+ Willing to cross-train in other positions and assist other employees as needed.

+ Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

+ Other duties as assigned and modifiable work responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including scheduled and unscheduled holidays, overtime and weekends.

+ Experience working in a tube mill area/ department.

+ Proven commitment to safety.

+ Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.

+ Ability to work standing or walking for up to 10 hours per day.

+ Ability to adapt to frequent changes of priority and complete job tasks safely and effectively without constant supervision.

+ Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

+ Ability to read a tape measure.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bilingual - Engilsh & Spanish speaking, preferred.
