    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Laborer – Outdoor Lawn Care Products Germantown, WI to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Production Laborer – Outdoor Lawn Care Products Germantown, WI, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** 2nd Shift Production Laborer – Outdoor Lawn Care Products Germantown, WI

    **Location:** Germantown, WI

    **Pay Range:** $17.34+ $1.00 Shift Premium

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift (3:00 PM to 3:30 AM)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Ensure the organic materials flow smoothly through the shakers by poking and breaking up the material to prevent bridging.

    + Inform heavy equipment operators to fill shakers and assist with equipment troubleshooting when necessary.

    + Perform housekeeping duties such as scraping, sweeping, shoveling, and stacking bags to maintain a clean work environment.

    + Assist with small bag line operations and restacking pallets as needed.

    + Monitor and maintain quality and quantity standards, reporting any equipment issues to maintenance personnel.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Entry-level experience preferred, with basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair skills.

    + Ability to follow safety practices to ensure personal and team safety.

    + Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on your feet for most of the day.

    + Comfortable working in dusty environments and various weather conditions including hot, cold, or rainy weather.
