Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a 3rd-shift Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department, supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. They are willing to train anyone interested in learning how to operate and main different machinery.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

**Location:** Lakeville, CT

**Pay Range:** $21.00

**Shift:** 3rd Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am)

What's the Job?

+ Maintain and operate manufacturing machines to ensure optimal performance

+ Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment

+ Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed

+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

+ Document production data accurately and efficiently

What's Needed?

+ Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

+ No prior experience required; training will be provided

+ Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
