    Our client, is seeking a Material Handlers Lawncare Industry 1st Shift to join their team. As a Material Handlers Lawncare Industry 1st Shift, you will be part of the operations department supporting production and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Material Handlers Lawncare Industry 1st Shift

    **Location:** Germantown, WI

    **Pay Range:** $18.21

    **Shift:** First Shift 7am-3:30pm Mon-Friday OT Required!

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with scraping, sweeping, and shoveling to maintain a clean work environment

    + Stack bags and support small line operations as directed by the foreman

    + Maintain the flow through shakers by breaking up material to prevent bridging

    + Ensure screens are scraped and cleaned to facilitate product flow

    + Perform housekeeping duties to prevent material accumulation and promote safety

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Entry-level experience preferred

    + Ability to follow safety practices diligently

    + Ability to work in dusty, hot, cold, or rainy environments

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
