Our client, a leading organization in logistics and warehouse operations, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Warehouse & Logistics Operations team, supporting efficient global logistics activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to safety and accuracy, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

**Job Title:** Logistics Coordinator

**Location:** Malta, NY

Pay Range: $20/hour

**Shift:** 7am - 7pm, Thursday through Saturday, Every Other Wednesday

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate inbound and outbound freight schedules using warehouse management and logistics systems.

+ Verify shipment paperwork, perform weighing/dimension checks, and ensure all documentation is accurate.

+ Communicate with internal teams and external partners to track, schedule, and update freight movements.

+ Maintain detailed electronic records to support inventory accuracy and global logistics compliance.

+ Support warehouse operations including receiving, order picking, and safety procedures.

What's Needed?

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification preferred).

+ Experience with logistics coordination and warehouse management systems, including Microsoft Excel

+ Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

+ Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks such as loading/unloading and order picking.

+ Must be compliant with DOT pre-screening certification
