    As a **Security Officer - Access Control Driver** in **Weiner, AR** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer specializing in access control at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, being highly visible, and supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors. This position may require driving responsibilities.     What You'll Do:

    + Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.

    + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.

    + Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site protocols.

    + Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations and following established protocols.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as required.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

    + Access control or badge experience is preferred.

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
