    PRACTICE SPECIFICS

    + Our ideal candidate would be a forward-thinking, flexible, team player. They would join a busy, collaborative, tight-knit team, many of whom enjoy the outdoors and athletics.

    + Beautiful newer clinic with spectacular views overlooking Lake Superior!

    + Group consists of 8 Family Medicine physicians (including 4 FM Ob), 3 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant

    + Outpatient only practice, clinic hours 8am-5pm. 36 contact hours (based on full-time)

    + Call is currently 1:10. All call is _phone only_ except for the OB calls

    + Use hospitalists to admit and follow inpatients at St. Mary’s Medical Center

    + Underground climate-controlled parking

    + EPIC electronic medical records

    + DAX AI scribe software

    + Teaching opportunities

    + BC/BE Family Practice

    LOCATION

    + Duluth, MN – a harbor city which is located at the westernmost tip of beautiful Lake Superior

    + 150 miles north of the north of Minneapolis/St. Paul

    + Duluth metro population: 125,000

    COMPENSATION

    + $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
