What You Will Be Doing

+ Define and execute product strategy for cloud-native syndicated loan platform serving financial institutions across origination, servicing, and settlement workflows;

+ Translate complex syndicated loan business requirements into technical specifications for six co-located development teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance standards;

+ Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enhanced automation features that compress settlement times and enable straight-through processing;

+ Develop and maintain product roadmap balancing technical architecture decisions with business priorities, including microservices implementation, event-driven integration, and ML-powered document intelligence;

+ Drive adoption of platform capabilities across lending syndicates by articulating technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences;

+ Establish success metrics and KPIs for operational efficiency gains, settlement time reduction, and platform scalability while ensuring PCI-DSS and SOC 2 compliance
