Responsibilities for a Lead Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to:

+ Assign work and monitor group activities, ensuring maximum team productivity and error-free performance.

+ Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures, and oversee adherence to all safety programs.

+ Handle inventory management, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.

+ Assist with resolving problems and take action to correct substandard performance to ensure team efficiency.

Candidates for Lead Warehouse Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ A minimum of 4 years of hands-on warehouse experience is required.

+ Prior experience in a supervisory role is essential for this leadership position.

+ Microsoft Office experience and proficiency are necessary for administrative tasks.

+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

+ Shift: Monday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, Tuesday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Subject to change, including possibility of Tuesday-Saturday)

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
