We are hiring **Warehouse Associates** to support a high-volume, fast-paced transportation operation. This role plays a key part in ensuring freight moves quickly, accurately, and safely through the warehouse. You’ll work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive management team that understands the demands of the logistics industry and is committed to helping you succeed.

**Position:** Warehouse Associate

**Assignment Type:** Onsite

**Location:** Bolingbrook IL 60440

Schedule: 5 days per week (possible 6 days)

Shift:

Monday-Friday 7 am - 3:30pm,

Tuesday-Saturday 7 am - 3:30pm

**Pay: $** 17.00/hr (18.00/hr)

PPE Required: Steel-toed boots

What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities)

As a Warehouse Associate, your day will include a variety of tasks that help keep freight flowing efficiently, such as:

+ Assisting with shipping and receiving: unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and matching purchase orders to sales orders

+ Reading and interpreting customer orders, work orders, requisitions, and shipping documents to determine required items

+ Ensuring the warehouse is organized, accessible, and safe for employees and customers

+ Assembling products and helping with inventory counts as needed

+ Monitoring daily pickups and deliveries to ensure freight arrives in good condition and on time

What You’ll Need to Excel

While not all are required, the following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:

+ Basic verbal and written communication skills

+ Basic computer skills

+ Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends depending on freight volume

+ Previous dock or warehouse experience, ideally in the transportation industry

+ Experience loading and unloading trailers

+ Familiarity with handheld scanners

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

+ Lift, push, or pull at least **75 pounds**

+ Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
