    IT Field Support Technician – 1st Shift

    **Location:** 60% Windsor, 40% Brighton, Colorado

    **Schedule:** 1st Shift (Full-Time)

     

    We are seeking a skilled **IT Field Support Technician** to join our team in Brighton, CO. This role provides hands-on support across IT/OT hardware, meeting room equipment, printers, network/server hardware, and various IT peripherals.     Responsibilities

    + Provide support for IT/OT hardware, meeting room equipment, printers, network/server hardware, and IT peripherals

    + Support multiple site locations within an assigned cluster

    + Execute tasks and resolve tickets following established procedures

    + Engage and coordinate with local stakeholders to complete assignments

    + Maintain accurate site documentation, inventory, and asset registrations

    + Participate in advanced troubleshooting for complex technical issues

    Qualifications

    + **CompTIA A+ Certification**

    + **2+ years of IT support experience** , including work with IT/OT client and network hardware

    + Basic understanding of IT processes and ITSM systems

    + Ability to document work clearly and accurately

    Skills & Experience Required

    Technical Skills

    + Hands-on support experience with IT/OT hardware, desktops, laptops, and meeting room technology

    + Knowledge of network hardware (switches, routers, access points) and basic cabling

    + Ability to troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals

    + Experience using ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.)

    + Understanding of networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN

    + Hardware/software troubleshooting, imaging, installations, and updates

    + Experience with inventory control and accurate asset documentation

    Soft Skills & Competencies

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Service-minded with a professional, customer-focused approach

    + Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

    + Excellent time-management and ability to meet deadlines

    + Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment

    + High attention to detail, especially in tracking and documentation

    **Pay Details:** $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
