    **Job Type:** Full-Time | Direct Hire

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    No Nights. No Weekends. Day-One Benefits.

     

    About the Opportunity

     

    We’re seeking an experienced **Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)** with strong clinical experience in **both OBGYN and Primary Care** to join our growing team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a CMA who is passionate about patient-centered care, thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting, and wants to grow within a supportive, mission-driven healthcare organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Welcome, prepare, and support patients for exams and procedures with professionalism and empathy.

    + Collect vitals, conduct clinical intake, and document all information accurately in **Epic EMR** .

    + Assist providers during OBGYN and Primary Care procedures.

    + Administer injections and medications as ordered (if certified).

    + Perform routine clinical tasks such as EKGs, urinalysis, phlebotomy, and specimen collection.

    + Assist with front-office duties: scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/check-out.

    + Maintain clean, organized exam rooms, equipment, and supplies.

    + Ensure compliance with OSHA, AHMG, and regulatory standards.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and staff.

    + Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, patient-focused environment.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Graduate of a **CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited** Medical Assistant program.

    + **Current CMA certification** (AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA).

    + **Current CPR certification** .

    + **Minimum 1 year CMA experience** in a clinical setting.

    + Experience in both **OBGYN and Primary Care** (required).

    + Experience with **Epic EMR** (required).

    + Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to remain calm, efficient, and professional in a busy environment.

    + **Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred but not required.**
