Position Summary

Coordinates procurement, inventory maintenance, vendor relations, and parts coding while supporting regional operations.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

+ Procures supplies, parts, and maintenance materials for regional requirements.

+ Analyzes parts usage and obtains vendor quotes.

+ Monitors and assists with maintaining inventory levels at regional shop locations.

+ Prepares cost estimates and price quotations for parts and materials procurement.

+ Utilizes the Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards parts coding system for maintaining parts records.

+ Operates a company service truck as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ 2+ years of automotive or heavy-duty parts operations experience.

+ Valid driver’s license

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards parts coding system.

Pay Rate: $30.90 - $35.30 per hour, based on experience
