As a Principal Project Manager in our Ports & Maritime team, you’ll serve as a strategic leader, technical authority, and business development champion, while delivering complex infrastructure projects from planning through construction—ranging from local waterfront upgrades to globally significant port developments. This role offers exposure to a world-class team of engineers, planners, and specialists across disciplines.
What You’ll Do:
•Project Delivery: Oversee scope, schedule, staffing, and budget for complex marine infrastructure and coastal resilience projects.
•Technical Authority: Provide oversight and guidance on technical excellence, innovation, and compliance with industry standards
•Strategic Leadership: Drive growth strategies for Jacobs’ Ports & Maritime business, shaping market positioning and client engagement.
•Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
•Team Development: Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
•Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to public and private stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
•Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida required.
•Proven experience in ports and maritime infrastructure projects.
•Strong leadership in business development and strategic growth.
•Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.
