• ERP/CRM Architect

    Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Architect to design and implement robust Salesforce solutions for our organization in Johns Creek, Georgia. This role requires expertise in Salesforce architecture, custom development, and platform leadership to ensure scalable and secure systems. As a Contract to permanent position, it offers the opportunity to transition into a long-term role based on performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive Salesforce architecture encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.

    • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

    • Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance practices, and integration strategies.

    • Design data models and implement robust security and sharing frameworks.

    • Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and middleware using APIs and other tools.

    • Create user-friendly interfaces employing modern UI frameworks and Salesforce tools.

    • Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to DevOps and CI/CD best practices.

    • Provide technical leadership to development teams, administrators, and cross-functional teams.

    • Assess and optimize system performance while troubleshooting advanced technical issues. Requirements • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

    • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

    • Hands-on experience with middleware and integration tools for external systems.

    • Ability to design secure data models and implement advanced sharing strategies.

    • Proficiency in modern UI development frameworks and Salesforce tools.

    • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD workflows and code reviews.

    • Solid understanding of architecture standards and best practices.

    • Experience with server virtualization, enterprise storage, and group policy objects (GPO). Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
