    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the finance department by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

    + Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

    + Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

    + Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

    + Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoices and payments

    + Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred

    + 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
