As the Office Manager & Administrative Assistant for our new Financial District-Based Project Office you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You’ll be accountable for office space management and support office policy development. Other administrative activities include: processing invoices, managing meetings (scheduling, placing food orders, etc.), maintaining and tracking databases, preparing reports, office-wide communications, and liaising with the building security teams.
Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our project objectives.
The office space will be consist of staff from several different companies coming together to deliver an exciting project in the New York area. Therefore, this is a great opportunity to help build a positive, collaborative, and engaging office culture!
As such, you will be expected to be physically present five days a week in the project office.

• Substantial years of professional administrative experience.
• Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
• Experienced at working in a fast-paced setting.
• Experienced greeting and checking-in a vast number of personnel daily at a welcome center/front desk setting.
Ideally, you’ll have:
• An associate degree in business administration or relative experience
• Experience working in the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) industry
• Experience with Bluebeam is preferred
