    Description

    Our client, a reputable nonprofit organization, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is passionate about helping others in the community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

    + Provide accurate information about the organization’s programs, services, and resources.

    + Assist with the resolution of client concerns and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.

    + Maintain detailed records of all client interactions using the organization’s database.

    + Support outreach initiatives and assist in community engagement efforts.

    + Process service requests and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

    + Collaborate with team members to improve the overall client experience.

    Requirements

    + Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the nonprofit sector or a community service organization.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.

    + A professional and empathetic demeanor.

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
