    Description

    Are you an experienced payroll professional with a passion for accuracy and compliance? We’re seeking a Payroll Processor to manage full-cycle payroll for a start-up. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a hybrid environment. This is a long term contract position.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Process end-to-end payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

    + Utilize ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN) for payroll cycles, employee record maintenance, and troubleshooting.

    + Handle tax filings, garnishments, benefits deductions, and payroll adjustments with precision.

    + Partner with HR and Finance to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and support audits.

    + Stay current on payroll laws and best practices, implementing process improvements for efficiency and compliance.

    Requirements

    + 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience.

    + ADP Workforce Now expertise.

    + Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables, V-lookups, X-lookups, Flux Analysis.

    + Proven experience processing payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple states.

    + Prior experience in AI, Tech, or SaaS industries strongly preferred.

    + Ability to work a flexible schedule and commit to a hybrid model (2–3 days onsite).
