    As Quality Control Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll collaborate with project managers, lead quality initiatives, and make critical decisions that keep projects on track and clients impressed.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead Quality Excellence: Provide regular updates to project managers and tackle issues before they impact progress.

    + Own Compliance: Oversee testing agencies, subcontractor submittals, and ensure every detail aligns with contract requirements.

    + Drive Safety Culture: Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce best practices—stop unsafe work in its tracks.

    + Keep Projects Moving: Manage material orders, monitor subcontractor performance, and prioritize critical path items.

    + Deliver Results: Maintain accurate logs, review deliveries, and ensure punch-list items are completed before certification.

    + Represent the Brand: Be the face of quality during system testing and project close-out.

    What Makes You Stand Out

    + 5+ years of proven experience in Quality Control Management.

    + USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification.

    + Strong decision-making skills and a knack for problem-solving.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).

    + Experience with Federal construction projects.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00/hr.
