    Salary Band - 75k-135k + Bonus

    Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative mechanical solutions. This position involves working closely with sales, customers, and various internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of high-demand products.

    Responsibilities

    + Review and evaluate sales order requirements and specifications to configure and develop solutions.

    + Collaborate with Sales and customers to clarify requirements and address concerns.

    + Work with Electrical Engineers and Drafting teams to produce customer drawings.

    + Act as the technical lead on assigned projects.

    + Coordinate with Assembly, Procurement, and field technicians to resolve startup issues.

    + Approve project releases to Manufacturing.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

    + 5+ years of experience in designing and developing electromechanical equipment, designing sheet metal products, and using 2D and 3D CAD software.

    + Experience with OEM design activities and bill of materials (BOMs).

    + Knowledge of casting, compressors, pumps, motors, electrical, enclosures, weldments or sheet metal.

    Work Environment

    You will work in a recently opened office near the manufacturing facility. The team consists of over ten engineers, and you will spend 90% of your time at a desk and 10% on the floor.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Independence, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.
