Job Description: Engineering Project Manager

The Engineering Project Manager will oversee and manage capital projects from concept to completion, encompassing design, budgeting, funding approval, project scheduling, construction completion, equipment installation, start-up commissioning, validation, and documentation. This role focuses on CDMO and specialty products.

Responsibilities

+ Manage capital projects from initial concept through to completion.

+ Oversee the design and budgeting of projects.

+ Obtain necessary funding approvals.

+ Schedule projects effectively to meet deadlines.

+ Ensure successful completion of construction and equipment installation.

+ Commission and validate equipment and processes.

+ Document all phases of the project comprehensively.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in project management and project engineering.

+ Strong mechanical engineering skills.

+ Experience in change order management.

+ Expertise in project coordination and equipment installation.

+ Ability to design, qualify, and manage process equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

+ 5+ years of capital project management experience.

+ 5+ years of experience taking a project from concept to launch.

+ 5+ years of experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharma, medical, biotech, chemical, food).

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Waunakee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

There is a full benefits packaging including health, dental, vision and 401k. in addition to 4 weeks of pto

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Waunakee,WI.
