Description
+ Including and in addition to the primary duties of a Staff Pharmacist and a Compliance Manager
+ Support and lead the Compliance Department in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the pharmacy's compliance program, policies, and procedures.
+ Conduct routine compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
+ Conduct quarterly Accountability Audits for the Control Room
+ Monitor and track regulatory changes affecting long-term care pharmacy operations and assist in updating policies and procedures accordingly.
+ Preparing and delivering compliance training programs to pharmacy staff to ensure understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
+ Coordinate with pharmacy staff and management to address compliance concerns, implement corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement as a part of our Quality Assurance program.
+ Maintain records of compliance activities, including training records, audit findings, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
+ Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings for management.
+ Serve as a resource to staff regarding compliance-related questions and issues.
+ Support the Compliance Department and management in responding to regulatory inquiries, inspections, and audits, and ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory agencies.
+ Manage the pharmacy's medication destruction program in compliance with EPA and DSCSA regulations
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Pharmacist (5-7 years)
Licensed by the Board of Pharmacy for state of Indiana
2 years of experience in a leadership role
Experience with conducting audits, investigations, and implementing corrective actions

This is a Permanent position based out of Noblesville, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
