    Job Title: Welder/Fitter** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team in Clackamas. Our shop supports the concrete industry by building steel forms used in utility and structural projects such as pillars and walkways. The forms vary in size and can be quite large. We are looking for individuals who can fit and weld quickly and accurately, using their expertise to read prints and fabricate with .035/.045 hardwire and fluxcore on mild steel.

    Responsibilities

    + Fit and weld steel forms used in concrete projects.

    + Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

    + Fabricate using .035/.045 hardwire and fluxcore on mild steel.

    + Work efficiently to meet project timelines.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years experience in Dual Shield and MIG welding.

    + Proficient in layout, fitting, and fabricating.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Experience with structural welding techniques.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a clean and organized job shop environment.

    + Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clackamas, OR.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
