Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in the Paint Department, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery. You will be responsible for performing a balanced mix of preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment such as conveyors, filling machines, mixing machines, and labeling machines. The role primarily involves mechanical repairs, with only 15% dedicated to electrical work. You will also utilize specialized software to track preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery including conveyors, filling machines, mixing machines, and labeling machines.

+ Conduct mechanical repairs, with a focus on reducing downtime and improving equipment efficiency.

+ Execute electrical repairs, which constitute approximately 15% of the maintenance tasks.

+ Utilize software to track and manage preventative maintenance schedules and tasks.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years' experience as a maintenance technician.

+ 2+ years' troubleshooting and repairing gear boxes.

+ 2+ years' troubleshooting and repairing proximity switches.

+ 2+ years' experience repairing conveyors and performing chain replacements.

+ 2+ years' troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ year of welding experience is a plus.

+ 1+ year of hydraulic troubleshooting and repair is a plus.

+ 1+ year of 480v troubleshooting and repair is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $61776.00 - $61776.00/yr.
