    Arlington

    + **1st Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

    + **2nd Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–3:30 AM

    Monroe

    + **1st Shift:** Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

     

    Role Overview

     

    As an Aerospace Assembler, you’ll be responsible for building and assembling components and units based on detailed blueprints and specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools according to engineering drawings.

    + Secure components by bolting, screwing, or riveting accessories.

    + Drill holes and install brackets, hinges, or clips for proper alignment.

    + Use jigs, templates, and measuring instruments to mark reference points accurately.

    + Inspect and test completed assemblies for fit, functionality, and compliance with standards.

    + Align subassemblies in fixtures following blueprint guidelines.

    + Trim, cut, and file parts to meet tolerance requirements.

    + Install bushings using presses or liquid nitrogen techniques.

    + Apply sealants or paint per customer specifications while adhering to safety protocols.

    + Operate shop equipment such as C-squeeze tools, arbor presses, cherry pullers, and other specialized tools.

    Required Skills

    + **Level 1:** At least 6 months of assembly experience

    + **Level 2:** Minimum 1 year of assembly experience

    + **Level 3:** 3+ years of assembly experience

    + Skilled in using hand and power tools

    + Ability to interpret and follow work instructions

    + Basic math proficiency

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Windows

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Aerospace assembly experience

    + Strong mechanical aptitude

    + Knowledge of wiring, electrical, and electronic assembly

    + Ability to work efficiently on an assembly line

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
