    Job Title: Electrical Foreman** **Job Description

     

    Seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and manage crews of 5–10+ electricians on large-scale commercial construction projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on heavy commercial job sites.

    + Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installations.

    Essential Skills

    + 5-10+ years of experience in the Electrical Trade

    + OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred)

    + 2+ years experience as a working foreman

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in conduit installation, troubleshooting, and construction supervision

    + Journeyman license

    + Experience in commercial construction

    Work Environment

    Work on large commercial projects within a 60-mile radius of Richmond, VA. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
