    Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

     

    As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will travel to various fast food restaurants and gas stations to perform facilities and plumbing repairs. Your primary duties will include identifying and fixing leaks, clogs, and broken pipes. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service and communication, as well as documenting your work using a mobile app. Comfort with smartphones is essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Travel to designated locations for facilities and plumbing repairs.

    + Identify, repair, and maintain leaks, clogs, and broken pipes.

    + Install FRP walls in restaurant kitchens for easy cleaning.

    + Perform maintenance on grease traps, floor sinks, and drains.

    + Utilize plumbing equipment such as snakes, jets, cameras, and scopes.

    + Replace water heaters and install backflow systems.

    + Locate pipes, clogs, and breaks using appropriate tools.

    + Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.

    + Document all work performed using a mobile app.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 1+ years of plumbing experience.

    + Proficiency in facilities maintenance and construction.

    + Experience with FRP wall installations, grease traps, and floor sinks.

    + Ability to use plumbing tools such as snakes, jets, and cameras.

    + Strong customer service and communication skills.

    + Comfortable using smartphones for documentation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Own set of basic tools.

    + Willingness to learn and work as a team player.

    + Experience in commercial construction is a plus.

    + Good attitude, willingness to learn, and ask questions.

    Work Environment

    Work shifts are primarily from 8 am to 5 pm and 8 pm to 5 am. Technicians will be provided with uniforms, a cell phone, a gas card, and access to a company Home Depot account for supplies. A company vehicle will be used for all job-related travel. On-call duty is required, rotating every 3-4 weeks, with responsibility for all emergency calls during on-call weeks. Schedule adjustments will be provided by management.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $29.40 - $29.40/hr.
