Job Title: Machinist and Programmer** **Job Description

Responsible for the manufacture of parts per print specifications in an accurate and timely manner utilizing manual and CNC machine centers. You may also make or repair machine tools and maintain industrial machines.

Responsibilities

+ Manufacture parts according to print specifications using manual and CNC machine centers.

+ Edit and adjust CNC Machining programs using Mazatrol controls.

+ Setup and run a variety of machine tools to manufacture parts according to specifications.

+ Check all diameters and dimensions to ensure accuracy.

+ Study blueprints and plan efficient methods for manufacturing parts.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Mazatrol CNC programming.

+ Strong skills in blueprint reading.

+ Experience with CNC machining.

+ Ability to edit and adjust CNC machining programs.

+ Experience in setting up and running various machine tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Exposure to Autodesk 360 and FeatureCAM.

Work Environment

The position is based in a factory environment where you will frequently be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level is moderate to high, and reasonable accommodations are made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

This is a Contract position based out of Sheboygan Falls, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
