    Job Title: Shipping and Inventory Specialist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Inventory Specialist with a strong history in production inventory and order entry. This role is integral in optimizing our production processes and ensuring timely procurement of materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Accurately input data and check for errors to ensure order accuracy.

    + Utilize order management systems (OMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software effectively.

    + Manage inventory, logistics, and shipping and receiving processes.

    + Handle order entry, production scheduling, and purchasing tasks.

    + Conduct cycle counting and manage data entry.

    + Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and handling inquiries.

    + Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, particularly during peak hours.

    + Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the order entry process.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.

    + Experience with inventory management and logistics.

    + Familiarity with ERP software and order management systems.

    + Strong communication skills for effective customer service.

    + Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Attention to detail in order accuracy.

    + Ability to use spreadsheets and databases.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is based in an office setting, either in a corporate office or a call center. The workspace is open, and the role involves extensive use of technology. Working hours are from 6:30am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of MINNEAPOLIS, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
