Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description

As a warehouse worker, you will be an integral part of the logistics team, responsible for ensuring the seamless preparation and dispatch of orders. You will operate tools such as pallet jacks and RF scanners while coordinating with both the shipping and production teams to ensure orders are ready and dispatched on time.

Responsibilities

+ Operate pallet jacks and RF scanners to manage inventory.

+ Communicate effectively with the shipping and production teams regarding order readiness.

+ Quickly adapt to ensure that all orders are prepared and dispatched efficiently.

+ Engage in packing, picking, and material handling tasks.

+ Perform loading and unloading activities.

+ Manage warehouse inventory and handle shipping and receiving tasks.

+ Label and package products accurately.

+ Utilize forklifts, both sit-down and stand-up, for handling materials.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks.

+ Experience in packing, picking, and material handling.

+ Ability to manage inventory and engage in shipping and receiving tasks.

+ Competence in operating forklifts, including sit-down and stand-up models.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 3+ months of manufacturing experience, preferably in food-related industries.

+ Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.

+ Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for 8-10 hours per day.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Faribault, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.29 - $22.29/hr.
