**Job Title:** Material Handler

**Location:** Bayshore, NY

**Shift:** First Shift and Third Shift Available

Manage the inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring they are available, accounted for, and in good working order. Key duties include issuing and receiving tools, maintaining accurate inventory records, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs, and keeping the tool room clean and organized. This role also involves tracking tool usage, ordering replacements, and adhering to safety procedures.

+ Issue, receive, and store tools and equipment.

+ Maintain a detailed and up-to-date inventory of all items.

+ Keep records of who has signed out which tools.

+ Tool maintenance perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and minor repairs on tools and equipment.

+ Inspect tools for wear and defects.

+ Ensure all tools are clean and in safe working order.

+ Organize the tool room for efficient and safe storage.

+ Assist with shipping and receiving needs.

+ Order new stock when tools are lost or low.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in warehouse/tool room required.

+ Flexibility to work first and third shift as needed.

+ Computer knowledge and inventory skills.

+ Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $38000.00 - $38000.00/yr.
