    Job Title: Facilities Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated janitors to work in a commercial office setting, performing essential janitorial duties throughout the building.

    Responsibilities

    + Dust and sanitize furniture, walls, ceilings, machines, and equipment.

    + Clean glass surfaces including windows, partitions, and mirrors using approved cleaning agents and tools.

    + Wash and reinstall blinds as needed.

    + Collect and dispose of waste materials in designated receptacles.

    + Sanitize and restock restrooms to ensure cleanliness and comfort.

    + Wipe down tables, chairs, and equipment in dining or break areas.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in cleaning and janitorial duties.

    + Proficient in housekeeping tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to work independently and efficiently in a commercial office setting.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
