Job Title:** **Construction Laborer

Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Laborer, where you will play a vital role in supporting warehouse and yard operations by pulling and preparing orders for shipment. Start each day with a morning huddle to review goals and ensure smooth workflow throughout the day.

Responsibilities

+ Pull and prep orders for shipment, including urgent orders requested by the sales team.

+ Operate heavy-duty 8,000–10,000 lb forklifts to efficiently move materials.

+ Restock parts to maintain proper inventory levels.

+ Perform cleaning tasks in the warehouse and yard as needed.

+ Prepare equipment for shipment by power washing with a 2,500 psi washer.

+ Cross-train to use a spray gun for painting custom-ordered equipment.

Essential Skills

+ Hands-on construction, mechanic, or handyman experience.

+ Ability to safely load and unload trucks using a forklift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with yard jockey tasks is a plus.

+ Strong adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities.

Work Environment

Work in both warehouse and open-air settings alongside a small, dedicated team. Our schedule runs on 4-day shifts of 10–11 hours, offering flexibility with different days off during the week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goochland, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
