_Machine Operator – Multiple Shift - Full Benefits._

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled **Machine Operator** to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate extrusion machines used in polymer production, ensuring efficient setup, monitoring, and adjustments. This role also involves assisting with packaging, handling spools, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities

+ Operate extrusion machines for polymer extrusion.

+ Set up machines by changing screws and adjusting rollers.

+ Use computer systems to adjust temperature and speed.

+ Load and unload spools of material.

+ Assist packagers with cartridge packaging.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in machine operation.

+ Experience with extrusion machines, including single screw extrusion.

+ Ability to operate machines independently.

+ Experience in production and machine operating preferred.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs periodically.

Work Environment

+ Fast-paced, controlled manufacturing environment.

+ Clean, climate-controlled facility with advanced 3D printing technology.

+ Personal protective equipment required, including respirator and protective suit.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
