    This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, at Spirit’s Defense Business Unit (“Spirit Defense”).     Responsibilities

    Key Accountabilities:

    + Participate as a Teamcenter expert to resolve key systemic process issues identified by the application support team

    + Understanding Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

    + Perform tests for environmental integrity and performance

    + Continuously improve and optimize system business process

    + Develop processes and documentation to ensure Teamcenter systems are sustainable

    + Actively monitor and continuously improve the PLM Teamcenter production environment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Experience in a PLM and/or MES-related business process role:

    + Level 2: 2-4+ years of related experience

    + Level 3: 5-8+ years of related experience

    + Level 4: 9-13+ years of related experience

    + Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance

    + Must be able to secure Program access approval

    Preferred Qualifications :

    + Active DoD Security Clearance

    + Articulate solution ideas with clarity with good communication and presentation skills

    + Demonstrated Teamcenter Configuration experience

    + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues, find root cause and identify both temporary and permanent solutions

    + Ability to comprehend software, hardware, and networking architecture concepts

    + Demonstrated experience conducting formal Root Cause Analysis and implementing Corrective Action

    + Experience participating in technical teams with diverse backgrounds

    + Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks with frequent interruptions

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Knowledge of Teamcenter data model, configuration, BMIDE, workflow development, and data import experience

    + Working knowledge of Oracle or comparable RDBMS

    + Experience with complex Product Lifecycle Management Systems, especially Teamcenter applications related to Engineering and Manufacturing

    + Knowledge of Teamcenter tools including:

    + Active Workspace

    + Teamcenter Manufacturing

    + Shop Floor Connect

    + eQ MI Integration tools

    + Automated Multiuser Testing

     

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Summary Pay Range: Level 2: $76,300 - $117,000 | Level 3: $93,300 - $143,050 | Level 4: $122,200 - $187,350
