    What You’ll Do

     

    + Perform high-quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs

    + Inspect and test vehicles to ensure safety and performance standards

    + Document repair recommendations and completed work with precision

    + Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer experience

    + Stay current with Subaru and LAD training, tools, and technology

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience

    + Subaru experience preferred (but not required)

    + ASE certifications a plus

    + Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    + A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
